Wellness & Wellbeing,

Week 2 Celexa withdrawal

As last week progressed the dizziness and nausea I was experiencing lessened, it’s not a constant now just a jarring surprise. I’ve had a couple days where I thought I was going to have leg zaps/restless legs but those moments passed pretty quickly. I’m falling asleep much easier, but waking up is still a challenge. My sinus’s are freaking out due to the celexa, and with it being allergy season I expect to have a sinus infection shortly*.

All in all, naps included it wasn’t a bad week. I’ve been able to have moments where I’ve felt centered, and there’s a sense of being closer to touching my spiritual core.

Today I woke up with a sinus headache, and I’ve had a mild eye irritation since Thursday so we’ll see how all that goes.

*DO NOT tell me how fantastic a neti pot is
